Michele
Michele leads Our Conscious Kitchen, where she runs The Kitch'n Tribe online monthly membership and coaches private 1-to-1 clients. She teaches how to eliminate complexity around maintaining a health-promoting diet and lifestyle.
Every day we make choices about what to eat. What we choose to put on our plates for each meal is the most important decision we make everyday. It has lasting consequences for how we look, feel and how long we live.
She's learned that if we choose better quality foods, with more nutrients, we will feel more energetic and can even avoid and reverse some of the biggest health issues of our time.
No matter where you are on your journey to ‘just eat more whole food plants”, Michele can help you understand the healthiest options and how to cook them up, based on the latest food research.

Being the back-end guy, I manage all things technical, take care of legal and administrative stuff, plus being the Chief Tasting Officer, I am the 'official' guinea pig during Michele's recipe creation and testing.

My favorite things in life besides being healthy, are taking our Doberman dog, Kali, for her daily walks, working on my computer with music in the background and sharing my meals each day with Michele.
